Shipping Information

Standard Delivery: We offer FREE SHIPPING on many items. The free shipping delivery only includes curb side delivery. If you need to bring the merchandise into your premises and or need a lift gate, additional charges will apply. Standard shipping includes delivery to the curb ONLY. This service does not include unpacking, plugging in, installation or debris removal. Or bringing the item into your premises.

You have to request a white glove delivery service if you want the purchased item brought into your premises. Additional charges will apply for White Glove services (see below). No items will be lifted or carried to a second floor or higher. Services to higher floors demand special shipping coordination of additional manpower, and in cases where item is going to a third floor or higher there must be a working elevator available that can fit the item being delivered. There is no unpacking or installation available under the Standard or Free Shipping offer.

Orders received before 11:00a.m. (Pacific Standard Time) Monday-Friday will be processed the same day. All orders received after 11:00 a.m. will process within one (1) business day of receipt. Orders ship using standard ground service for delivery within the continental US. Most appliances ship by LTL freight service. Additional shipping charges are applied to Alaska and Hawaii orders and items that are large in volume (dimensional weight). CoolerStores ships internationally for special orders.

Please allow 7-10 business days for delivery after the order has processed.
Oasis Water Coolers take 10-14 business days.

Sales Tax

8.75% sales tax is applied to all orders with a California shipping address.

Lift Gate charge of $75 will apply when needed to load and unload heavy items. Lift Gate services must be requested at the time of ordering.

White Glove Delivery (Only $99.99 on all items and available for orders over $900) This delivery type is used for heavy and oversized items. This service includes normal delivery within the first floor of your home plus uncrating, setting your goods in place and removing the debris. There is no White Glove delivery to second floor or higher unless there is an elevator capable of transporting the item.

+ When paying by credit card, we ask that if you wish to ship to an address other than your billing address, please contact your issuing bank and have your shipping destination added as an authorized alternate ship-to address. This is a precautionary measure we perform to ensure your safety and deter fraud.

***Delivery time depends on proximity to the Distribution Center. More remote areas can take up to 3-4 weeks.

Delivery destination needs to be readily accessible by delivery trucks. You will receive a tracking number when your order ships. Extremely remote locations may take an extra week. Major & professional appliance in-home White glove delivery could take an additional week.

Small items like cooktops and microwaves will be shipped directly to you by parcel services (e.g. DHL, FedEx, or UPS and should arrive within 2 to 3 weeks). If you do not receive your order within these time parameters, please call us so we may track your order.

Confirmation of your order and delivery will be sent via e-mail or a phone call. An outside shipping company will contact you directly to arrange for a convenient delivery time. (You will experience delays if the shipping company cannot contact you).

Damaged Shipments

Freight Shipments- All of our shipments are 100% insured. Though your box and packaging may appear intact, it is still possible that your product may be damaged. Check for both internal and external damage before accepting delivery. If you notice damage to the product, refuse the package and note the damage on the bill of lading. Please call our customer service department immediately at 1-800-311-3588 or email us at info@livestores.com

Please Note: Before accepting any trucking delivery, please make certain to examine the unit for any signs of damage. Remove the product from its packaging for a complete inspection. Once you have signed for delivery, we will not be able to file a claim with the trucking company.

If damage issues arise after signing for the merchandise, you are responsible for filing all claims with the shipper and Live Stores Inc. will not be liable. Therefore a thorough inspection of all packages is important before signing.

UPS Ground Shipments- All of our shipments are 100% insured. It is very important to inspect your product thoroughly before accepting and signing for your merchandise. If you notice damage to the product, refuse the package and note the damage on the bill of lading. Though your box and packaging may appear intact, it is still possible that your product may be damaged. You do have up to 24 hours to report any concealed damage after signing for the unit. As soon as you notice the damage please call our customer service department at 1-800-311-3588 or email us at info@livestores.com . If damage issues arise after the 24 hour period, you are responsible for filing all claims with the shipper and Live Stores Inc. will not be liable. Therefore a thorough inspection of all packages is important within the 24 hour period.

Defective Merchandise

All products that we carry include a full manufacturers’ warranty of at least one year. If you receive an item that is defective upon delivery and is not due to shipping damages please call our customer service department at 1-800-311-3588 or contact the manufacturer directly. Contact information for the manufacturer is included in the product literature. Defective merchandise must be serviced through the manufacturer directly.

Back-ordered Items: A back-ordered product is a product that is temporarily out of stock.
  • If a product you have already ordered becomes back-ordered, you will be sent an e-mail notification. After receiving this e-mail, you can choose to wait for the item or cancel your order.
