POU Water Coolers
There is one place in our office that everyone tries to avoid. Whether going to the lunchroom for warming food, or making oneself a cup of tea, all the colleagues, as far as my knowledge goes, hate to go near the south-west corner. It is not because of some astrological belief that standing anywhere near the south west corner of your workplace results in a bad day. It is rather because of that leaky water cooler placed in that corner!
Once, the office boy was too busy with cleaning and other things, so I decided to be nice, and took my glass of water. On coming back after quenching my thirst, my Boss chanced upon my workstation, and was wide eyed on watching the footprints of my shoes all over the white marble floor! More than my Boss, the office boy was furious for having to clean it all over again! I was perplexed whom to blame! To my shoes for being so dirty, my "nicer attitude" for going there myself, or my stars for the day! I blamed none of them, except that LEAKY WATER COOLER!
Throughout the day, no matter how thirsty I felt, I did not go to that south-west corner. I waited for the boy to come and fetch me water. So now, what next? To come out from that embarrassing feeling, I concentrated on my work, and started typing down what I was supposed to (I'm here referring to my work). Luckily, I had to write few descriptions about Oasis Water Coolers. I came across some very good water coolers that promise no leakage, and sealed Point-Of-Use. I was excited about this product and no sooner did I finish my work that I jumped to my Boss's cabin. Using appropriate euphemism, I counted him the advantages of this Oasis Point-Of-Use Water Cooler, and the disadvantages of the "south-west's" one. He was skeptical and a little embarrassed too for keeping a faulty water cooler at office. However, he let his skepticism go, and ordered for that POU Water Cooler immediately.
Now everything is doing well. We can fearlessly go to any south, west, east corner, and drink water on our own. I have again donned that nicer attitude, and help myself when the office boy is kinda busy. And thanks to Cooler Stores, (from where I bought this water cooler), I have a smile on my face whenever I return to my workstation, for I know I haven't messed up!
